Any successful projetct was at the begining an idea.So try to write what you want to fullfill in your notebook, as steps:
-Step 1: What do you want to do?
do you want to promote a Product (book,e-book,car..etc) or a service (inssurance, consulting, ...).
-Step2 : what's the relation between you and what you choose to promote?
This is important before you choose a Product or a service, you have to like what you are promoting or at least to know what you are talking about, for instance :
-A woman who likes going to gym, care for how much calories she eats everyday and keeps herself in good healthy shape.She can promote products that has relationship with health and fitness in general. Like sports equipements,Apps for Pc or tables concerning caleries calculator , yet..Books or pills about fat burning...etc.
-Step 3: How to Promote?
So you chose what you want to promote,which deal with something you like or you do and you know a lot about it.Then, how can I tell people about it? how to let them to buy from me.?
Well promoting is a peace of cake if you compare it with convincing people to buy from you.
If you want to promote a service or product .Make sure you are taking full advantages of the exposure you can get from the free social networks like Facebook. Since it still one of the best free way to get quality leads to your Blog or niche.As a result, you will be able to generate real money from ads or sells. So,more readers you have in your website, more successful you become in promoting what you aim to sell.
Knowing what you want and what you are going to sell ,will help you a lot in The e-marketing.Either you write articles in a blog or just send affiliate links by emails to promote your product.Always put the reader or the client in your consideration ,Never push anyone to buy from you directly, try to make it looks like a suggestion to solve a problem.
for instance, instead of saying:
... To burn your fat in no time use this great pills "Xpills",Trust me you will be satisfied...
you may write:
...lot of people suffer from obesity,Therefore many of them try hard to burn fat in many ways .
Some people start going to gym, others try to have a good diet system,but most of working people who don't have time or hate going on diet use herbal pills ,either to burn fat while they are working or to feel full, so they will eat less calories which mean losing weight automatically.
Okey, you can write better exemples, I'm showing just the difference between begging or ordering people to buy from you and giving them choices including links to solve their problems and let them do the whole job in your behalf, I meaning buying from you .
Just to remeber something, Marketing does not mean simply to sell, as a marketer with humanity you should see clients as people with problems and you are the one who will give them solutions.therefore you have to chose to do sometimes extra efforts,
-in motivating them :you are not the only fat man in this world,but I know you can get a better body,if you want to)
-giving arguments and more information about your product and how it will help them feel better about themselves : the herbal pills contains lot of vitamines and Omega3.So instead of eating fish and going out to work or a date with smelly mouth.One pill is enough to provide your body with adequate energy equal to what you can get from eating 2 salamon fish..etc
- send free gifts: you still can find lots of free things online like movies e-books, apps,games... that have a relation with your products.sending free amazing things to clients, will make them trusting you, moreover respecting you for the been thoughtful towards them.
I suppose these are the main 3 things anyone interesting in marketing, must to know.there are many other steps you have to follow, but as a beginner these three are enough for the moment.
